1 acre of private-peaceful bliss! New 65 in tv, linens, kitchen stock, washer/dryer, coffee pot, coffee, tea. Lots of towels, tons/pillows, throws/blankets ,Shampoo, conditioner, soap, jacuzzi, hot tub, covered porch, deck , fire pit, and so much more! You won’t have to leave! groceries delivered! Close to winery, coffee house, restaurants, you can walk , but feel like you are alone!! Cades Cove, Mountains within minutes! Biking trails, hiking, rafting and kayaking! Discounts, yes This cabin is one big room, with a queen bed, jacuzzi, wood burning fireplace/ fire pit, fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, Coffee maker has a big pot and a k cup. Dishes, Silverware pots and pans. Full bathroom with a washer and dryer so you don't have to take home dirty clothes. Very cozy and quiet, nestled in the woods in Townsend, near all the biking and hiking trails. You can take a walk, there is an acre of land. We also have a piece of land that is on the river. Private property. sit and fish or go for a picnic. Laundry ; there are laundry sheets on top or water heater , they are great, just use one for a small load or 2 for a big load. feel free to use for your own clothes also. This cabin is located just off Lamar Alexander but is in the woods and very private, there are 3 cabins on this street and we own 2. So no one will bother you and it is just the 3 cabins. Mile marker 1118 There is private parking just in front of the cabin, which has a big covered front porch, lots of cozy out door furniture and plenty of room to walk and enjoy the outdoors, there is a firepit, hot-tub and deck in the back. You will just love this space. We are going to stay the week end and work a little too.. There are many things to see and do in this area away from all hustle and bustle

Rules

Everything is ready if you need help just text me. No parties no extra guest. No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
Please turn the thermostat back down to 58 in winter and 85 in summer when you leave. Set thermostat where you are comfy while you are staying.
Please wash towels and throw in dryer, they take a long time to dry. The lint filter is in the back of dryer. Please clean it after every load.
