The condo was in a safe gated complex in beautiful Townsend. It was so cute and cozy and clean. We ran the Smoky Mountains half marathon, saw the Titanic museum, shopped in Pigeon Forge, and toured the Tuckaleechee Caverns. So many fun things to do so close by!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your home. It was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. It was quiet and had adequate parking. The location, being in Townsend, was great for access to The Smoky Mountain National Park. And there are some nice restaurants right in town.

If I could rate this property a 12 I would! Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. So homey with beautiful decor and all the added extras. Peaceful, quiet, gated. Unfortunately our reason for visiting Townsend was to see Cades Cove. But the government shutdown closed the park. We did find other interesting things to do though.

Perfection!

This condo was a perfect base for our trip to the Smoky Mountains. After being in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it was nice to go back to this quiet retreat. This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. Jeanine and Ric are superb hosts and make sure you are comfortable. This, the location of the condo, the cleanliness, and the quality of furnishings make it a perfect home base for your mountain activities stay. The attention to detail with fall decor and thoughtfullness to give local pointers just set it over the top. We are grateful for such a great option when visiting the area.

Relaxation Vacation

This place checked all the boxes for our relaxing vacation. We spent alot of time at condo, pool and back patio. The kitchen had all the supplies for all of our meals. Definitely not the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but that's what was perfect about it, you get all the beauty of the mountains too!!!
