NICE CLEAN PRIVATE CABIN WITH DAILY BEAR VIEWING.THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE HOT TUB IS ACCESIBLE TO THE YARD. THE BEARS DESTROYED THE HOT TUB LID ON THE THIRD NIGHT. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Cabin was perfect for our family Christmas get together! Had lots of quality time and space with the pool table, fire pit, hot tub and games we played. Very well appointed cabin. Comfortable furnishings and great expansive view. The layout was optimal so everyone had their own floor in the house with a king bed and restroom. The hot tub has plenty of deep seats. The kitchen had all the necessary items except no scissors, but everything else was there. The bathroom toiletries starter set was premium ! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Precious Memories cabin! The cabin was clean with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for meals. The location was great, close to Smokey Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg! We had a bear visit the first night, which was very exciting. Our only complaint was that the house did smell like gas from the fireplace and it lingered throughout the stay. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Overall a wonderful stay with gorgeous views!
