Unlevel floor
While the grounds could use some sprucing up, it was a unique and pretty property from the outside. On the inside, specifically unit 8, is a different story. My main issue with this unit is there is no way it is level. Through the entrance of the door you can tell something is off. It's not apparent how bad it is until you get into the wreck of a bathroom. Pics included. The bathroom has an old soaking tub with no handrails or whatnot to assist with getting in and out. The shower curtain is held up by pvc and zip ties, and it clings to you. Have you ever tried getting out of an unlevel clawfoot tub with a shower curtain clinging to you with no handrail? The showerhead itself is just hanging there and swings back and forth if you touch it. There's no way to stand up straight in that thing because of the negative incline of the floor. There's zero place to put toiletries in the shower. There's paint peeling everywhere near the fixtures of the shower, indicating a water issue. If you go to sit down on the toilet, you end up falling back on it also due to the negative incline of the floor. Same issue with the bed. The foot of the bed is on level flooring while the head of the bed is on the negative incline. It almost feels like you're about ready to be sleeping upside down. The bed was very unstable and not easy to get in/out of. The unit was fairly clean, but you can't move in a straight line anywhere because of the cluttered decorating, and the place needs a lot of basic work.
