The entire property needs maintenance and upgrades. Staff was friendly. I chose a Clarion property because they have a good reputation. Unfortunately this property was disappointing and not worth what we paid.

Found hotel clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Close to where we needed to go places. Would return again. Only missed a pool this time of the year in Townsville.
