Staff provide a professional and friendly service when we engaged with them at both reception and at the restaurant/bar. The only comment is that the bed matress is a little past its used by date and provides little support. Other than that, everything else about our stay was great. Thabk you.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and room was musty, the drains stank, no milk for coffee… very expensive for what it is! Close to good resultants. Lots of homeless people around the building, and off road parking not really safe for break and entry

Very friendly and enthusiastic cleaning ladies. Desk staff always nice-excellent. Have on occasion not gotten perk. I would suggest once an hour a staff member should be starting lap property-to sort towels or rubbish pool on roof etc and work your way down. Appreciate hard to get staff, but line in the sand should be kept. Will be back the sugar shaker of course. Cheers to staff again.
