I had a 4 night stay here from victor and had the best time..the food amazing,beer was cold,rooftop pool awesome but the best part for me travelling on my own was all the staff made you feel welcome..so friendly and nothing was a issue..i will be back soon and im recommending the Rambutan Resort too everyone.cheers a special thanx to Dale,Clodagh,Ben for everything they did...regards Trav.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very professional. Ryan at the reception was very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. We informed him that our plane may be late as it was a late flight and he waited for us at reception, ensuring a smooth check-in. We also had an early checkout and gave us early access to the lift. Andreas (at reception) and Tita (the housekeeping lady) were also helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

Try the Pork Belly...yum!

A quirky place! The room was smallish so if you need laptop space and there are two people, it's a little crowded BUT for the price it is great value. Fantastic restaurant. Great food at competitive prices. Friendly folks. Very good undercover parking.

Cockroaches

Room had large red cockroaches, not just one but three. I have never seen that before in all my travels. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. A part from that the room was comfortable. Well located, walking distance to esplanade.

Most the staff members were awesome, super kind and helpful. There was one person, however, who just constantly seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all, which was reflected upon us in his service that dragged the experience down. Other than that, the property offered great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property had not been cleaned properly in any of the rooms. The walkways were very slippery in the rain as they weren't covered.
