Recreation building with ping pong table, board games, large dining table and TV and Roku available for use during the stay. Other recreation onsite - Pickleball, Bucket Golf, and corn hole.
The property is located on a 5 acre peninsula perfect for exploring or fishing.
The dock is two minute boat ride from Coneross boat launch. The dock is shared with the owner/host.

No boats or trailers without prior approval. Four cars maximum without prior approval.
No glitter or confetti in any of the buildings or outside. PLEASE make sure all trash is picked up so it doesn't end up in the lake.
For safety reasons please do not allow children to play in the workshop area under the house. Do not get on any of the docked watercraft.
