Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir işletme. Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi'nin hemen üzerinde. Etrafı çok ferah bir alanda. Otopark ile ilgili hiçbir sıkıntı yok. Hemen yakınında zincir market var. Biz dubleks odada kaldık. Hiçbir eksiği yoktu. Çamaşır makinesi, ocak, tv, banyo malzemeleri tamdı. Temizlik ile ilgili hiçbir eksiğini göremedik. Terasın manzarası süperdi. Personel gayet kibar, ilgiliydi.Böyle olacağını bilseydik rezervasyonu birkaç gün daha uzatabilirdik.
