The breakfast was just croissants and bacon sandwiches and orange juice ! Cappuccino by order only and it was same every day and made me bored and tired! I had after hour check in and room was very hard to find it was located on second floor and then a flight of stairs up from 2 floor ! Terrible access and stairs are very narrow! Won’t ever use it again ! One person at reception bothered to ask me once about my stay and opinion in 4 days ! It was a waste of time and location is near station but everything else is far off ! Trapani has worst bus system any where in world and about 6 bus companies and they all have different stops ! The funicular to errice is shut and I wasted hours getting there to find that as hotel misinformed me ! Double check everything in Trapani it’s tricky ! The centre Historico and one side of town are pretty ! Still doesn’t explain 2.50 euro city tax per day when lights are poor and pavements very uneven !

Room was nice, bathroom very spacious, breakfast was the best we had in our trip, and they make you whatever coffee you want too. They had cannoli, croissants, etc. location was very good, there were restaurants nearby and you can walk around Trapani without a car.

Room was very dirty with dead, bloody mosquito bodies all over the walls. Ants all over the floor. Towels were stained. Walls were excessively stained. Property lists free parking but the only parking available is public street parking.

We had a good stay here during our time in Italy! The space was clean, well-kept, and as described in the listing. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Just a heads-up: the bed was quite firm, which may not be ideal for everyone. Our shower also seemed to be misfunctioning and the water pressure was going through one part of the rain shower but I am sure that was just our room. AC was great. Breakfast included pastries/sandwitches, oranges, and yogurt upon request. It is about a 15 minute walk from the city center but 5-10 mins to the beach/ start of the walk around the older city. We had a beach day and they gave us an umbrella and 2 beach towels which was wonderful! FYI outside our room was quite noisy in the early morning (5-8 am) for anyone who is not an early riser.

Good location to everything you would want to see

We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived we found that our room was kind of small. I asked for a larger room and the front staff was very accommodating, allowing us to change to a larger room the following day. They even moved our luggage so that when we returned after a boat excursion, at 7:30 PM, everything was there! The breakfast is very nice and the cappuccino is excellent! In addition the cleaning staff is very thorough. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the old city center and 5 minutes away from a pleasant public beach, and bus pick up locations for day trips.

I really enjoyed the location (walking distance to old town and easy to drive to other places) and how quiet the room was. So while it was quiet, I could not sleep well as the AC was not cooling and the bed/pillows were really problem. Street parking is very easy and the property is newly renovated and very very clean. If they address the AC and matrress/pillows, it would be great - oh, and I got a room with a view of the walls and ac unit, but that was a non-issue as a barely stayed in the room.

My family had a great stay here! Our room was large and very clean. The included breakfast was delicious! The staff were very helpful, and there was free parking right around the corner. We would stay here again!

The hotel is in a great part of town -- walkable to the historic district as well as to the new section. The building is in great shape, with a roomy and inviting entrance and small bright courtyard inside (attached to the breakfast room). Excellent coffee in the morning with a huge variety of pastries and sandwiches. The room was very clean and basic and came with toiletries, a large bottle of water, and a fridge. Parking is plentiful and easy to pay for using an app. Not expensive, either. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for your stay in Trapani.

Great hotel in central part of Trapani. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Easy walking to many sections of the town. Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were friendly.
