Décevant

C'est la dernière fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. - bruyant ( l'hôtel était loin d'être complet, mais on nous a quand même mis juste à côté de personnes qui ont fait la fête jusqu'à 2h du matin avec de la musique très forte !! Pourquoi n'avons nous pas eu une chambre sans voisins ??) - WC cassés - odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain qui envahissait toute la chambre ( odeur d'égout) - dérangement de la femme de ménage avant 12h !! ( Ce n'est pas la première fois. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil mais visiblement rien n'a été fait ) - pas de carte " ne pas déranger " - taxe de séjour payée alors que jusqu'ici je ne l'ai jamais payée !! ( Même si c'est une somme minime, par principe, je ne vois pas pourquoi cela a changé brusquement ) Le personnel de l'hôtel à changé ! Ce ne sont plus les mêmes qu'avant. C'est bien dommage car ils étaient très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être durant le séjour !!

Sympathique escale

Personnel très agréable, vraiment à l'écoute ! Hôtel au calme, de la place pour se garer, vraiment très pratique.

peut faire mieux

suite à la fermeture du périphérique Paris, arrivée à l'hôtel à 2 H 30 du matin. Donc quelques difficultés pour arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel ! Les lits sont bons mais la déco et la moquette sont très moyennes. Au réveil un car de jeunes ayant passé la nuit sur place a déclenché un bruit infernal (galopades, cris ...) La salle à manger n'est pas très chaleureuse cela ressemble plus à un réfectoire. Dommage. Pourtant j apprécie cette chaine d'hôtel.
