Ruhige Oase

Toll zum Erholen & Geniessen für 2 Personen mit Hund! 15min nach Cannero Riviera runter. Sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher Vermieter. Zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe und Natur mögen. Einzig der Grill vor Ort ist nicht optimal.

Schöner Ausblick

Der Ausblick auf den See ist toll, das Haus ist für 2 Personen super. Leider muss man jedes Mal, wenn man irgendwo hinfahren möchte, circa 25 Minuten einrechnen, um den sehr steilen Berg herunterzufahren. Die Verständigung mit dem Schlüsselhalter war nur durch Zeichensprache möglich. Leute mit Kindern oder Hunden sollten darauf achten, dass ein Mountainbikeweg direkt über das Grundstück führt, was gefährlich werden kann.

Urlaub hoch oben

Die Wohnräume waren ordentlich und gepflegt, die Küche gut bestückt . Leider war die Bettwäsche sehr muffig . Das Grundstück wurde ursprünglich mit viel liebe gestaltet, die Putzarbeiten müssten jedoch jetzt mal erneuert werden. Der Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett, es wäre aber von Vorteil gewesen wenn eine deutsche oder englische Kommunikation möglich gewesen wäre.

Vrij nieuw huisje, veel privacy en een geweldig uitzicht.

Leuk huisje met betegelde veranda en voldoende tuinmeubilair. Ruime slaapkamer met 2 opgemaakte bedden met pocketvering. Deze zijn aan de stevige kant. Verder een 2p. slaapbank in de kamer maar ook nog 2 bedden op het zoldertje. Je kunt daar met een ladder komen maar het is wel erg laag. Prima keuken met goede oven. Geen vaatwasser maar wel een handig droogrek in een bovenkastje. Houtkachel, maar voor een klein kratje hout betaal je €8. Gas voor de cv kost €5,50 per kuub. Daarnaast betaal je nog een vergoeding voor dagelijks gebruik van water, stroom en gas voor koken en douchen (plm. €1,20 p.p.p.d.). Er is ook een elektrisch kacheltje. Buren zijn er eigenlijk niet. Verderop staat een huisje dat verbouwd wordt. Fantastisch uitzicht over het meer en heel veel privacy. De weg naar het huis toe is erg steil en smal. Vanaf Cannero Rivièra is het zo’n 7,5 km. de berg op. Huisvuil moet gescheiden in containers worden aangeboden, deze staan op vele plekken langs de weg. Er is geen WiFi en er is niet veel bereik voor data. Gewoon bellen lukt wel.
