3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: (steep stair) open walk-through room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room, without window with 1 bed. Shower/WC. No heating option. Wooden floors. Small balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2).
