For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
3-room semi-detached house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Ambiente malerisch. Das Reetdach-Haus mit schönem Garten ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr ruhig und naturnah gelegen...ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub.Die Ausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen: komplett eingerichteter Küchenbereich, schöne Terasse und weitere Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück, wo auch gegrillt werden konnte. Weiterhin gab es auf dem Grundstück ein separates Häuschen mit Sauna. Auch eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war vorhanden. Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister empfangen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kalrshagen würden sie aber bitten den Hausstand um ein paar Dinge zu erweitern. (Mikrowelle eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Hake für Handtücher im Bad Eierkocher und eine Brotmaschine ebenfalls) Das wir das Feriendomiziel tipp topp verlassen und noch die Betten abziehen müssen finden wir schon etwas seltsam. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich abseits der Hauptverkehrsstraße nach Karlshagen. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Reeddach, auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit gepflegtem Rasen. Zimmer, Küche und Bad durchweg gefliest und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Zu jeder Zeit ansprechbarer netter Hausmeister.

Perfektes Haus und Umgebung

Ein perfektes Plätzchen zum entspannen, erholen, wandern, radfahren. Sehr ruhige Umgebung,viel Natur, einfach herrlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Hausverwalter sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bringen auch gerne Freunde mit.

Mega tolles Haus und Umgebung

Es war eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war top. Mit toller Terrasse, Garten und Grillecke. Zum Strand kam man super mit dem Rad. So sind wir allgemein viel mit dem Rad unterwegs gewesen. Auch in der Umgebung, gute Rad Netz Wege. Am Haus gab es für die Fahrräder eine Unterstellt Möglichkeit. Würden wir wieder machen. Danke

Ruhige Lage, schöne Siedlung am Stadtrand

Von Trassenheide kommend direkt am Stadtrand gelegene, ruhige, schöne Feriensiedlung. Hübsche Doppelhaushälfte mit Fahrradschuppen, Grillmöglichkeit, Kamin. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, nichts beschädigt, sehr schön angelegter Garten. Zwei kleine Nachteile: Ins Zentrum von Karlshagen sind es ca. 2 Kilometer. Die Schlafzimmer sind im 1. OG., das Bad und WC im Erdgeschoss. Wenn jemand Nachts Harndrang verspürt, darf er die Treppe benutzen. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

nette DH-Hälfte Usedom

Wir waren in der linken DH-Hälfte, wenn man vor dem Haus steht. In der Ausschreibung steht für 4 Pers., deshalb hatten wir überlegt unsere großen Kinder (volljährig) mitzunehmen. Hinterher war ich froh, dass sie nicht konnten, denn im 2. Schlafzimmer sind eher Ausziehcouches, außerdem ist das Bad so klein, dass ich das Haus nur mit jüngeren Kindern für 4 Pers. geeignet halte. Die Bettdecken fand ich viel zu warm. Leider gibt es an der Küste viele Quallen.
