Cosy cottage "Katja", built in 2009. 800 m from the centre of Karlshagen, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Trassenheide, 8 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace (60 m2), barbecue. In the complex: central parking spaces. Supermarket 2.2 km, bakery 2.2 km, bus stop "Trassenheide, Friedhof" 400 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Underfloor heating. Box-room. Alles Schöne aus dem Vorjahr hat sich nicht verändert...

Zu diesem Haus und seiner ruhigen Lage kann man nur empfehlen, auch wenn der unmittelbare Nachbar diesmal 2 Terrassen-Frühstück-Erlebnisse mit Rasenmäher und Laubbläser erfolgreich zerstört hat. Eigentlich wollten wir gleich für 2021 wieder buchen, doch die stete Preiserhöhung schreckte uns, als 2-Personen-Nutzer dieses 4-Personen-Hauses nun doch erstmal zurück.

"Katja" erfüllt Urlaubsträume

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in dem man sich nur rundum wohlfühlen kann... Wir haben es für 2020 schon wieder gebucht... da weiß man einfach, was einen erwartet und man kann sich schon vorher darauf freuen.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Wir hatten das Häuschen über Weihnachten gebucht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lichterketten und dezente Weihnachtsdeko schufen genau das richtige Ambiente. Zum Strand waren wir nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs, Bäcker und Supermarkt liegen um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Reetdachhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Das Haus bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen an kalten Wintertagen braucht, eine gemütliche Sitzecke bzw. Couch, einen Kamin, eine Sauna. Die Kinder haben sich riesig über den zweiten Fernseher in ihrem Schlafzimmer gefreut. Es gab auch viele Spiele für gesellige Abende. Schön war auch, dass ausreichend Kaminholz vorrätig war, so dass man bequem 3 Abende den Kamin anheizen konnte. Im Supermarkt, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, kann bei Bedarf Kaminholz nachgekauft werden. Zur Ostsee läuft man durch den Wald knappe 2 Kilometer, so hatten wir täglich einen schönen Spaziergang zum Strand. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus Katja sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, extrem gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
