Katydid Hospitality, LLC presents The Traveler`s Rest: a fully renovated mobile home, situated in a quiet, rural neighborhood only 5 minutes drive from Traveler`s Rest downtown. With boutique restaurants, local artistry & the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this town offers so much for such a tiny place! This monthly or nightly rental is low cost and close to everything - 25mins to Greenville and 10 mins from Furman University. Experience the peace & southern comfort of this home away from home.
Rural road with horse pastures perfect for a stroll. Within walking distance to a 178 acre preserve, Bunched Arrowhead Nature Preserve, filled with hiking trails.
House rules:
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Ring Doorbells at front and backdoor.
Same day booking with pre-approval.
ONLY dogs allowed with pre-approval from host. $80
Dogs NOT allowed on furniture.
No Fireworks, confetti, or glitter.
No tape on walls, cabinets, etc.
No photography or videography without prior approval.
No firearms.
