Big backyard features HOT TUB, two disc golf baskets, golf practice net, cornhole, and FIRE PIT! Two car garage doubles as additional game area with darts, ring toss and ping pong. Help yourself to our inflatable stand up paddle boards with car pump. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Ten minutes to Farm club which is a farm, brewery, restaurant and market place recently featured in The New York Times. Minutes to the TART bike trail and wineries of Leeanau County. Twenty-five minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Unwind. Have fun! Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.

Perfect Getaway

This property is perfect for every type of visitors. We rented for a 4 day Ladies Getaway and we enjoyed this property to the max. It's not walkable to downtown or restaurants, etc. but we used Lyft when we didn't want to drive ourselves. The owners have thought of everything! We started with a great night around the fire pit, wineries & casino, golf, shopping & The Tall Ship - Manitou, and some great restaurants! Everyone was exhausted when we left!

Soccer Players in the Vet's Cup

We are a group of over 65 women that were playing in a soccer tournament. This house was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable, house was well stocked and the host was great to work with.

Very clean and lots of amenities

The place was perfect for what we needed and a good location for the things we wanted to do. The amenities were nice and the owners really stocked the kitchen well with cooking utensils. Was very considerate of little ones with toddler plates, spoons and forks. Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, decorated well with recent updates. Timely responses from the property manager.
