The 4 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bidet, shampoo & conditioner, clean towels, and bathtub for a delightful experience. A cozy lower level living room with a sofa bed offers additional space for playing or unwinding. The home, only a few years old, is situated on 3/4 of an acre. Outdoor features include a covered front porch and a charming back patio with comfortable furniture to relax and entertain complete with a sunshade for the sunny days and party lights for the evening hours. Gas Grill is included. Extra large play area for the kids, and a large fire pit area in the back yard to make s’mores and memories that are sure to last. Neighborhood features several beautiful areas of common space to roam and explore with kids or pets. Enjoy a walk around the pond or around the neighborhood or up the hill into the woods.
