Summary:
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in this beautiful 1,470 sq ft fifth floor suite. Featuring views of the bay from the private balcony in this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom suite. The master suite offers a King bed while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a day bed.
This suite state of the art kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also included is a gas fireplace in the spacious living room & a stackable washer/dryer
The Space:
This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.
Guest Access:
A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in. You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.
Getting Around:
Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There additional parking; across the street and behind Speedway.
Other Things to Note:
Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.
