Enjoy a getaway at our modern, newly built, three-story condo in downtown Traverse City. This condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pullout sofa, modern appliances, stylish details, and a private rooftop deck. It's an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the charming local shops and restaurants in downtown or visiting the acclaimed wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. This condo has one stall garage parking spot with a level 2 EV charging station in the garage for added convenience.



The Space:

This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. There's also a pull-out couch with a queen-sized bed in the living room.



The kitchen is stylish and has new, high-quality appliances. You can enjoy home-cooked meals at the kitchen's four barstools, use the living room's expanding coffee table as a dining spot, or enjoy a lovely dinner on the rooftop table.



The living area is inviting with ample seating, a big flat-screen smart TV, a queen sized sofa couch, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The best part of the condo is the private rooftop lounge, offering great views of downtown and West Bay. You can start your day with coffee on the rooftop or end it with a glass of local wine under the stars.



Located in downtown Traverse City, the condo is a short walk to various restaurants and bars, including Folgarelli’s deli and North Peak Restaurant/Brewery. West End Beach is just half a mile away, where you can play volleyball, sunbathe, or take a stroll in the open space.

We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return.

Cute place! Clean and exactly as promoted. Stayed only one night so did not experience all of the amenities. Easy check-in, very walkable to many choices of restaurants and shops, parking for one car in small garage. Lots of stairs. The condo encompasses three floors plus the roof top - so you get your exercise too!

Check-in and check out were seamless and super low maintenance. The space was clean and well-stocked upon arrival and the location was perfect for getting around downtown without having to drive.
