Hamilton Place offers a collection of 15 brand-new two-bedroom, two-bath units across four unique buildings. Each unit features high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, smart TVs in every room, and individual HVAC mini-splits for personalized climate control.

Enjoy a dedicated parking spot, a communal pavilion with two fireplaces, outdoor seating for 24, and two gas grills—perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends.

Additional features include a convenient bike rack for your active adventures and outdoor security cameras for added peace of mind. Hamilton Place combines privacy and a sense of community, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, sandy beaches, breweries, bike trails, and local attractions.

Elevated Homes & Hospitality requires a 14 day refresh for any guest staying longer than 30 days with us. This wonderful service provides you with a fresh linen exchange, amenity restocking and a light clean to freshen up the home. Please note there will be an additional fee for this amenity.

Other things to note:

Hamilton Place is located directly on a busy main road. Traffic runs steadily throughout the day, and you will hear road noise and in outdoor spaces. All units also do have a white noise machine in each room. Guests whose top priority is a quiet, secluded setting should keep this in mind before booking.
