This beautiful home sits directly on the West side of the shores of Grand Traverse Bay, offering direct waterfront access to a pristine sandy beach your very own summer paradise with afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features a spacious great room that opens to breathtaking views of West Grand Traverse Bay. A large stone patio extends from the front of the house, just steps from the shoreline, making it the perfect place to unwind, entertain, or take in some of the most stunning sunsets you'll find anywhere.

The property offers generous space to host large families, while still allowing for privacy and quiet moments.

Beyond the beach, the area offers endless activities: explore eleven local wineries just minutes away, enjoy acclaimed restaurants like The Boathouse, Old Mission Tavern, and The Jolly Pumpkin, or hit the trails at Old Mission Lighthouse and Pelizzari Natural Area. Just two miles from the home, Bowers Harbor Park offers tennis courts and open pickleball play. For your everyday needs, the Peninsula Market also only two miles away offers a curated selection of fine wines, cheeses, craft beer, and fresh local produce and meats.
