This was a great room 5l have for what we needed it for. The pool was great, hot tub was perfect temp, and the pool environment wasnt ungodly hot! Our room was nice and described perfectly with a beautiful view!!

The staff was never present at the front desk if needed. We called for room service on Saturday night, waited on the phone for about 5 minutes just for them to tell us they “couldn’t do room service right now” and hung up. Room was decent but don’t offer room service if you’re not going to provide it, especially on a Saturday night.

Wanted to give 5 stars for the excellent staff service but unfortunately a couple things blemished the experience. First. I can never give 5 stars to a hotel that has a non-working/poorly working television. Parkshore has cable channels but they’re nearly impossible to navigate with the provided remote. (Also closed captions disabled. A minus for hearing disabled guests like myself). Finally, the main issue was the absolutely unbearable bed. I haven’t had a less comfortable night of sleep in decades. Would not return simply due to the bed being so unsleepable.

Uncomfortable bed, but otherwise good

We really enjoy staying at the Park Shore for the price and convenience. This year the bed was extremely uncomfortable though. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.
