Uncomfortable bed, but otherwise good

We really enjoy staying at the Park Shore for the price and convenience. This year the bed was extremely uncomfortable though. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

We booked a room that was very clean however we were placed in a room above the bar and the Dj played until 12 pm , when I complained I was told it was my fault for booking the room, I was placed in that room I didn’t choose rm 234. Staff was no help when I called.
