Great stay

Amazing staff at check in, great breakfast and breakfast staff. Overall not a bad stay, but stairs to second floor need cleaned and room could use an update of paint, especially in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay again.

Cockroaches and No Refund.

We checked in at 4pm, and by 8pm after we had showered and ate dinner, we noticed the bathroom had cockroaches. We showed the manager after we packed our belongings. We were not offered an alternative room either. We had to leave and find a hotel 50+ minutes outside of Traverse City just to have a place to sleep that night. Manager assured a refund after we contact who we booked through (Hotels.com) and now we’re being refused a refund from Quality Inn.
