Please note- Noise Considerations:
This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided.

Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

Couples getaway

203 Slabtown was great! Beautiful accommodations. Perfect location between the water and Front Street. 100% walkable to most everywhere. Easy access to leelanua wineries and TART. Place came with anything you’d need, even including 4 beach chairs and towels for our use. Not too loud like was mentioned. Very narrow parking spot but happy to have one. Will definitely be back!!
