Location was excellent. Unfortunately they were sold out of rooms and our rooms air-conditioning was broke. And it's was very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We did however get a fan from front desk to help some.

Clean and comfortable, close to all sites we came to visit. Good breakfast in the mornings - only complaint there is, as a vegetarian I couldn't have the biscuits & gravy (which I love) due to the sausage in it. How hard would it be to remove the meat from it so Everyone could enjoy it? Dan R.

The property is across from the Traverse City bay and has a beautiful view. It has easy access to us31 which can be taken along the water to get you to downtown. The front desk and Steven, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful!
