The greenway runs beside the villa from the road to the beach. No vehicles are allowed on the greenway. Golf carts only allowed.
Children must be supervised at all times. Patio furniture must remain on the patio. Pool furniture must remain by the pool.
Ring motion camera installed at front door. Records front patio and greenway towards ocean. It may be turned off during stay. Flip middle switch off.
