In the district of Petit Port 800 m from the centre of Saint Michel-en-Grève, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Plestin-les-Grèves, 11 km from the centre of Lannion, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard. Children's playground (swing), parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 7 km, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach 800 m. Sailing school 5 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any groups.
