An ideal location for a relaxing break: direction Locquémeau (Côtes d'Armor) located in a pretty seaside resort close to a lovely little fishing port, facing Trébeurden and Milliau Island, nestled between Locquirec at west and the Pink Granite Coast (Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec) to the east.

The village will offer you its hidden coves, its shaded paths, its picturesque fishing port and its pretty sandy beaches. Located at the edge of the protected natural site of "Domaine du Dourven", which marks the mouth of the Léguer river and constitutes one of the outposts of the ancient oppidum of Yaudet.

You will appreciate the green, calm and restful environment (located in a dead end) of this house entirely renovated in 2015 and classified 3 *** FURNISHED OF TOURISM in March 2017, as well as the proximity of the fine sandy beaches of Kirio (5 minutes on foot) and Notigou (10 minutes on foot).

Surrounded by a 750 m2 garden with trees and fully enclosed overlooking a superb sea view, the house can comfortably accommodate 8 people (4 independent bedrooms). Two cars will be able to park in an enclosed space inside the property. Free unlimited internet / WiFi access is available.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a 40 m2 dining / living room opening onto the terrace via floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden and the sea. The ground floor also includes a bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a large 140 * 190cm bed, a bathroom with a sink and a large bathtub as well as a separate toilet.

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3) each equipped with large 140 * 190cm beds, 1 bedroom (Bedroom 4) with 2 single beds 90 * 190cm. All rooms have a splendid sea view. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet completes the floor.

Shops located near the house (bakery 250 m away), mini-market, fishmonger, cafes, restaurant, hairdresser, doctor will make your stay easier and more pleasant. In summer, on the outskirts of the village, an organic market takes up its quarters every week.

Many activities will be offered to you from the house: beach and idleness, water sports, walks on foot on the customs trails and the many coastal paths that border the coast or for the more sporty, the discovery of the GR34 (from Perros-Guirec to Locquirec via Locquémeau). Many bike rides or fishing trips on foot will end up enchanting you.

For the amateurs of outings, Locquémeau has with the Café ’Café Théodore’ ’a friendly and festive place (many music concerts: Irish, jazz…). The painting gallery of the "Domaine du Dourven" presents throughout the summer exhibitions of contemporary art.

For those who want to eat, the "Café du Port" offers a relaxed family atmosphere for lunch, dinner or simply taking a break while looking at the sea and the boats. The restaurant "Les Filets Bleus", located on the rocky point of Séhar, will welcome you to taste the best products from the local fishery (seafood, fish or seaweed) while contemplating a postcard landscape.

In the region, many parties or festivals will make you discover the culture and the charm of Brittany. The festival "Les Vieilles Charrues" in Carhaix, the festival of "Chants de Marin" in Paimpol, the Breton dance festival of "La Saint-Loup" in Guingamp etc…, without forgetting the numerous monuments in to visit.

The authenticity and simplicity of the village of Locquémeau will bring you a relaxing serenity in a natural and unspoiled place.

Locquémeau and its picturesque fishing port is 9.5 km from Lannion and 20 km from Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac’h and the Pink Granite Coast.
