On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a games room equipped with a large sofa bed and a large TV, creating a convivial space dedicated to relaxation. Two first suites with bathrooms are also present, as well as a functional laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a large fridge-freezer. A separate toilet completes this level.

The first floor is bathed in natural light thanks to a large living room with living room and open kitchen, decorated with a fireplace and a piano. This level opens onto two terraces, one for meals with a barbecue and the other as a relaxation area. There is also a third suite with bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.

On the second floor, the villa offers two bedrooms each with two single beds (which can be transformed into a double bed), perfect for hosting children or friends. A bathroom with toilet and an office complete this last level, offering a quiet and functional space for work or leisure.

This configuration spread over three levels combines comfort, privacy and conviviality to accommodate up to 10 people in a harmonious setting.
