This charming 120m2 house offers you a warm and comfortable space. From the entrance, its dining room area welcomes you with its large table and its lounge equipped with a sofa, a television as well as a stone fireplace which is not usable but which brings a wonderful charm to the room. You will also find its independent and fully equipped kitchen; with an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker, a hand mixer as well as a food processor and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms, with a first one with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a baby bed. The second is equipped with a Queen Size bed as well as a single bed and the last one with two single beds (90/190). A bathroom is also accessible with two separate toilets. You can easily access the garden at the back with its garden furniture to fully enjoy your outdoor holidays and its sea-facing view.



The house is also equipped with materials for children (toys, high chair, baby bed / playpen, safety gate for the stairs).
