Fancy enjoying the sea? Here is a house ideally located just a stone's throw from the port of Guivinec - Léchiagat. Here you will find entertainment, terraces, seafood, swimming and walks.

The house, nestled in a small alley overlooking the port, welcomes you for a stay of up to 7 people. Its outdoor space will allow you to enjoy the sea air and fine weather, you will love spending time there and enjoying good grilled food.

From the entrance, you will discover a living space consisting of a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. This open kitchen overlooks the round dining table, the perfect place for convivial moments with family or friends, around good meals.

On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom in brown tones, equipped with a double bed.

Going upstairs, you will discover two other mansard bedrooms that are spacious, in pink tones. The first has a double bed and the second has a single bed and a double bed.

The accommodation also has a bathroom with WC and hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a parking space is reserved for you.
