This beautiful 2025 property offers a perfect retreat for your group, with easy access to Wild River Trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 4 bunk beds, and 2 single beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy modern comforts like WiFi, TVs on both floors, a huge kitchen, and both a washer and dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. The 2 bathrooms provide refreshing showers for a relaxing experience.

Downstairs, you'll find a fun-filled game room with a theater setup, while upstairs offers a cozy living room with a fireplace and a spacious kitchen perfect for gathering. Step outside onto the 50’ deck that overlooks a private yard, nestled on more than 25 acres of serene land. Enjoy the peace, beautiful views, and old sheds around the property. It’s an ideal home base for your adventures, whether you're here for winter sports or simply to relax. In the summer, make use of the sport court for basketball or pickleball. **THE PROPERTY**
I also have an adjacent property that accommodates an additional 5-7 people. A public boat dock is conveniently located down the driveway, and just 100 feet away, you can hop onto the trail. For easy access, you can rent our golf cart for $50/day (owner will contact you). The property offers free WiFi and spans 3,000 sq. ft. Plus, there’s a public boat dock beach on Silver Lake.

Relax in this upgraded, cozy home, perfect for large families or groups of friends. With two living areas, modern appliances, and exciting outdoor activities like snowmobile and ATV trails right at the end of the driveway, there’s something for everyone.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove sheets from beds you have used and place on top of bed. Gather towels and set on floor in laundry room. Start dishwasher. Empty trash into dumpster.
Feel free to run the Dyson on the floor if you want to use it, not necessary but always helpful. Wipe counters and empty Refridgerator.
Summer: set thermostat to cool and 76 degrees. Winter: set thermostat to heat and 60 degrees. Do not adjust vents anywhere. Fireplace should NOT be running.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
