Renovated mill on the edge of its stream in a green setting in Lauzerte

Come relax and live in harmony with nature in this newly restored mill.
Outside, only the sound of water and birds will «disturb» your tranquility and the large garden will soothe you with its centenary trees and its stream (4000 M2 of park).
The main idea here is to rest, to get away from a busy daily life, which is why we have decided not to offer television or WiFi, which allows if you want a total disconnect.
(for the hard-core network, 4G is always available).
Serenity, calm combined with comfort, aesthetics, this is what could characterize our mill.

The 130 m² of housing will allow 8 people to stay very comfortably.
On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room opens onto a large terrace and part of the shaded garden.
The fully equipped kitchen and back opens onto the other part of the garden.
The bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to three large comfortable bedrooms and a toilet.

Le meilleur séjour!

Nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants âgés de 3 à 8 ans. La maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances faciles, agréable et douces. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne: lave vaisselle, machine à laver, literie confortable, ustensiles de cuisine, jeux… le jardin a été notre petit paradis pendant ces jours de canicule où nous n’avons à aucun moment souffert de la chaleur grâce au ruisseau et au marronnier qui veille sur la maison. Il est également bien équipé: bbq, chaises longues, parasol, plusieurs tables et plein d’endroits pour lire, jouer et faire la sieste. Les enfants se sont sentis les rois du monde dans le ruisseau, et nous aussi. Nous avons marché dans le ruisseau chaque jour, nous y sommes baignés. La communication avec Veronique était simple et elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes et questions. La vue de la maison sur le village de Lauzerte est magnifique avec les champs de tournesol tout autour et les villages aux alentours sont à visiter absolument. On espère revenir l’année prochaine!

Vacances été 2023

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables en famille chez Véronique. La maison, idéalement située, est bordée par un charmant et rafraichissant ruisseau très appréciable en juillet. La maison, décorée avec goût, est très agréable et parfaitement équipée pour une grande famille comme la nôtre. Enfin, Véronique a été avant et pendant notre séjour toujours chaleureuse, disponible et de très bons conseils. En bref, nous recommandons chaudement !!!

Idéal pour se ressourcer

Très beau lieu de résidence. La maison est très grande, au calme et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est très grand et bordé d'une petit rivière. Très bonne communication avec Véronique qui est très arrangeante. Beaucoup de villages typiques du Quercy à visiter aux alentours. Je recommande vivement cette demeure.

Location très agréable et charmante

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce joli moulin rénové. L'intérieur est très fonctionnel, neuf, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. C'est simple, on se sent à l'aise dès les premiers pas. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec chacune leur personnalité, et surtout une bonne literie. L'extérieur est particulièrement agréable avec un grand jardin bien entretenu, mais surtout grâce au petit cours d'eau (peu profond) qui sait ravir grands et petits, et qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de calme. Enfin, mention spéciale pour la prévenance et la bienveillance des propriétaires, sans qu'ils ne soient intrusifs. Très agréable. Nous recommandons donc chaleureusement ce gîte dans lequel nous aurons plaisir à revenir d'ici quelques années.

Jolie maison dans un cadre au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans la maison de Véronique et Bruno. Très bien équipée, et dans un cadre apaisant. Un petit Intermarché à 2 minutes en voiture à l'entrée du village. Véronique était très disponible et à l'écoute.

Excellent séjour (2 familles avec enfants entre 2 et 8 ans) dans cette magnifique maison très joliment décorée, très bien équipée et située dans un cadre magnifique (jardin, rivière…) De très belles balades et visites dans le coin dans le Tarn-et-Garonne et le Lot.

Charmant séjour au calme

Très agréable séjour en famille en bord de rivière . Véronique et son mari ont été extrêmement disponibles et attentionnés, ils ont pensé à tout, même dans les petits détails. La maison est charmante, les photos ne lui rendent pas assez justice, c’est bien plus beau en vrai. Maison très propre, décorée avec goût. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu’il nous fallait (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, jeux, etc.). Le jardin est très grand et bien ombragé , parfait pour les repas en extérieur et les jeux avec les enfants. Supérette à 5 min en voiture pour les courses, très beaux villages à proximité, … Bref, nous recommandons vivement ce joli moulin. Encore merci pour l’accueil , nous serions ravis de revenir !
