A Due Passi dal Lago
Lovely apartment with fireplace (not usable) a stone's throw from the lake, located in a historic building among the old cobbled streets of Tremezzina and directly on the Greenway path. It can comfortably accommodate four people, perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples or families with children who want to discover Lake Como or as a "base" to visit Milan and Switzerland. Ideal for those looking for relaxation "a due passi dal lago" (a stone's throw from the lake).
Lake Como has been a popular tourist destination since the Grand Tour of Europe in the 1700s. The apartment "A due Passi dal Lago" is part of the Municipality of Tremezzina where there are numerous world-famous attractions such as:
- Villa Carlotta with its splendid botanical garden
- Villa del Balbianello
- The Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine del Soccorso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Comacina Island
The strategic position not far from the boat landing, connects it directly to the splendid towns located along the shores of the lake, including Bellagio, Varenna, Cernobbio and, of course, Como.
The space
The apartment, spread over two floors, is a charming retreat located in a historic house in the heart of Tremezzina. The entire apartment has been recently renovated and features a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen (electric hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine), a table for 2/4 people, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fireplace (not usable), ideal for relaxing and reading a good book. A bathroom with shower completes the entrance.
Going up a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts a large bedroom furnished with a double bed with a comfortable mattress, large wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror. From the bedroom there is direct access to the completely renovated bathroom with shower.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment "A Due Passi dal Lago" is located in a pedestrian area, but a free parking is located a short distance away (50m), as well as a short distance away you will find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, the bus stop and the landing of the boats so you can make excursions without using the car.
