A stone's throw from the lake, in the authentic heart of Tremezzina, this elegant apartment in a historic house is the ideal choice for those who want a relaxing stay in one of the most fascinating areas of Lake Como.
Located among picturesque cobblestone streets and directly along the Greenway route, the apartment combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern comforts, offering a welcoming environment with attention to detail. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for tranquility and authenticity.
Spread over two levels and recently renovated, it has a living room with sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with electric plates, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. The characteristic decorative fireplace, which cannot be used, helps to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. On the floor there is also a first bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs, where there is a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable mattress, wardrobe and direct access to the second bathroom, modern and completely renovated. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Wi-Fi is available, but not at high speed: an ideal choice for those who want to disconnect from the daily routine and live an experience of true relaxation, immersed in the tranquility of Lake Como.
The location is strategic: a few minutes on foot you can reach the pier, from which boats leave for Bellagio, Varenna, Cernobbio and Como. In the immediate vicinity there are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and bus stop, making it easy to get around even without a car.
The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrian area, with free parking available about 50 meters away, and offers the convenience of self check-in.
