From this level, you have direct access to the large terrace, which offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the resort. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this floor and includes an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A first bathroom, complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, is also located on this floor.
