Welcome to the heart of Lake Como! This fully renovated holiday apartment is located on the second and third floors of a typical village house in Azzano di Tremezzina, one of the most charming and central areas of lake Como.
Set in a characteristic and peaceful village, the apartment blends the vintage charm of local architecture with all modern comforts: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and carefully selected furnishings.

• 2nd floor: Bright double bedroom with: double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a single bed/sofa, wardrobe, dresser with mirror, nightstands, air conditioning;
Bathroom with shower, sink, wc, bidet and washing machine.
• 3rd floor (Top Floor): Open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, living room, and access to a beautiful loggia, with view on the roofs, on the village and mountains to the church and down to the lake and Balbianello gulf.
The ceilig height of the attic floor is 220 cm at the highest point and 115 cm at the lowest point.

• Panoramic loggia equipped with a table, 3 chairs, and a bench: perfect for breakfasts or aperitifs with a view.
• Spacious private terrace with table, sun umbrella, 2 comfortable chairs, and a bench: ideal for relaxing outdoors or dining under the stars.
