The house accommodates up to six guests and is divided into two separate living units. The bright upper floor forms the main living area, featuring an open-plan living, dining, and sleeping space with a modern kitchen, direct access to the balcony, and a spacious terrace above the pool. Large windows let in natural light and offer unobstructed lake views. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking Monte Baldo, lunch in the shaded area with views of the rock garden and blooming hydrangeas, or relax on the sun loungers by the pool. A comfortable double bed, an additional sleeping area, and a modern bathroom with steam bath function ensure a high level of comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a separate 35 m² apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area—ideal for accompanying grandparents, teenagers, or couples who value extra privacy.
