Welcome to our luxurious waterfront cottage, a serene escape nestled along the Trent River. This stunning property features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Unwind and relax as you leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind.

The space
The Space
Our spacious, three-level cottage offers everything you need for a perfect getaway.

The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite with a bath and shower, as well as a walkout balcony—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink in peace.

The second bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds. The second-floor bathroom is a 3-piece with a shower.

On the third floor, you'll find a cozy lounge with a pull-out couch, TV, and access to the top-floor balcony, offering stunning views of the river.

On the second floor there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer.

On the main floor, there is a convenient 2-piece bathroom. The open-concept living area features a modern kitchen, two comfortable couches, a TV, and a dining table with plenty of seating.

Step out from the main floor to a spacious deck, where you can take in the gorgeous views of the Trent River and truly unwind.

Please strip the beds and place all used linen in the hallways on the floor.
Please ensure the balcony doors on the top floor are closed and locked.
