Welcome to our charming cozy cottage, the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Our cottage is located in the Trent Lake region on the tranquil Fortescue Lake, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking natural beauty.

The cottage boasts a spacious living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that offer plenty of sun and views of the surrounding forest. The dining area can accommodate up to eight guests with an additional large wooden dining table on the fully screened wrap around patio that seats twelve. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary utensils.
There are plenty of activities to do here from kayaking and swimming by the sandy beach and dock, hiking through trails, playing table tennis and foosball in the game room, volleyball on the outdoor court, to making a fire in the outdoor or indoor fire place. There is never a dull moment here on the hill just a stone throw away from the lake.

Special Place

This is such a cool place to stay. It’s huge and airy. The screened-in porch is a marvel! So much space! Likewise the bedrooms. The decor is rustic (just what we want in a country place) but very comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is also huge. Ideal for kids to run around in. And the dock is lovely, as is the private beach.The owners are kind and responsive.

Magical cottage experience

This property provided a beautiful experience for three families with small children for five days in summer. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. The surroundings are spectacular, and the lake is perfect for swimming and canoeing. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The host was excellent; very helpful, kind, and responsive. This property was precisely what we were looking for. We were 100% satisfied and would happily return. Absolutely no negative feedback for the host or the property.
