Rustic Cottage Retreat by Sandy Lake

This unique and family-friendly updated 3 bedroom century cottage/country home has so much for all to do with it's 32 acres of private grounds to explore. Enjoying famous Sandy Lake/Sandy Lake Creek with it's crystal clear water, have a drink by the fire pit, or lounge in the hammock in the wraparound porch. With a dock on Sandy Lake Creek on the side of the cottage you can paddle into Sandy Lake and enjoy a swim, using the kayaks, or paddle board . Although the property is near the main road, there is plenty of grounds to explore in the rear of the cottage.

What use to be a sheep farm nearly a century ago is now a great escape for guests who love the cottage experience which includes Sandy Lake/Sandy Creek, to having the option of exploring the 32acres which is behind the cottage. The extensive grounds are great to hike and maybe even find the beaver damn on Sandy Creek. In the winter months you may cross country ski or snowshoe followed by the warmth of the indoor fire place.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Sandy Lake. Laundry facilities are available. The cottage offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
