The staff is very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The only downside was the cold eggs, potatoes, and coffee at breakfast. The bagels were not fresh either.

Our room was dirty, there was actual dirt under the sheets and there were live cockroaches in the dishwasher. My daughter didn't sleep all night (before a huge tournament) because she was scared the cockroaches were going to get into her bed. Disgusting.
