The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom (without windows). Completing the house is 1 shower room and a nice little balcony overlooking the main street.
All 2-room apartments are located on the second floor and reachable by stairs.

Residence Brezza Marina is located in Casalabate, in the center. The location is perfect for reaching the sea and having all services at hand.
Casalabate is a marina in Upper Salento, on the Adriatic Sea. For some time now the marina has been undergoing careful redevelopment, making it one of the liveliest places to spend the summer under the banner of the sea and fun.
In Casalabate there are long beaches and high dunes that encircle the sea with its shallow and crystal clear waters. The beaches are mostly free but for those who want maximum comfort there are also several equipped lidos.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
