The Resort, being a small village, has a large garden at its disposal. In support of the areas for exclusive use that each accommodation has, there is the common part where there is also a large outdoor swimming pool.

The ancient farm with more than 200 years of history has been transformed and expanded into a small village, as you see it today, into what has become a modern resort on the border between the Val d'Orcia and the Val di Chiana, in the area of the Crete Senesi, one of the most famous and representative landscapes of Tuscany with expanses of rolling hills and unspoiled nature, rich in history and traditions.

Decorated with traditional Tuscan colors, guests are always surrounded by the Italian taste and Tuscan tradition that this place has been imbued with for centuries without giving up the most modern appliances.

The Resort offers its guests fourteen lodgings, all different from each other, in which it is possible to experience the essence of the place. Fully equipped, they are oriented towards ecological sustainability with latest generation appliances and a geothermal heating/cooling system.

At guests' disposal, in addition to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, open during the warm season, a Wine bar where you can have breakfast and a Reception who will be able to help you in all respects in organizing time during your holidays in Tuscany.

The Resort is in a perfect location: guests can explore the beautiful historic towns and villages of the Val d'Orcia, while the famous cities of Florence, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Orvieto are easily reached by car.

"Falcon" is a Luxurious and Large Apartment completely independent, with two independent double bedrooms, and all the space you may need to spend beautiful moments together and for yourself.

It has a bright double living room with magnificent exposed beams. The sofas and fireplace will create the right atmosphere for cooler evenings. And like all our kitchens, they have a dishwasher, microwave and oven, everything you may need during your stay.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
