Peaceful, beautiful get away spot!

Emilio snd Giuseppa are some of the nicest, warmest people you will ever meet. The property is charming, spotless, and has everything you need. Porto Alabe is charming, and the beach is secluded snd close to the property. The water is crystal clear and perfect temperature. Other little towns nearby are also full of history and charm( try Santu Lissurgiu). Great romantic getaway!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung. Wir sind sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist gut durchdacht, sauber und hat eine außergewöhnlich schöne Terrasse. Porto Alabe ist ruhig und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr positiv, alles hat gepaßt, nur die Verständigung mit den Vermietern war etwas schwierig. Ich spreche sehr schlecht bis gar nicht italienisch und Sie können kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Irgendwie, mit einer Übersetzerapp haben wir uns dann einigermaßen verständigt.

Vacanza bellissima. Appartamento dotato di tutto ed in splendida posizione. Arredato molto bene e non con mobilio raffazzonato e messo a caso. Bellissima struttura, tenuta molto bene. Splendida la parte esterna che ci ha regalato tramonti sul mare eccezionali. Grazie a Giuseppa ed Emilio per l’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia che ci hanno riservato. Siete splendidi.

Der Urlaub in Porto Alaba war einfach sehr interessant und aufregend, die Besitzer des Hauses waren

Das Haus war sehr sauber, draußen gab es eine große Terrasse mit Möbeln und draußen gab es auch eine Dusche.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Porto Alabe

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die große Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht aufs Meer ist klasse! Wir haben uns für eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar erholsamer Platz zum runterkommen und entspannen.

Wir haben einen ruhigen Platz zum runterkommen und entspannen gesucht und wurden hier fündig. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und auf den Sonnenuntergang. Emilio, seine Frau und ihr Sohn Marco haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir können das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Viel Wohnkomfort und herzliche Gastgeber

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat uns begeistert und der Wohnkomfort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Großzügig angelegte, sehr saubere Innenräume, auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man wunderbar die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer geniessen. Ausflüge sind in die nahegelegenden Ortschaften möglich. Die Gastgeber Peppa und Emilio sind überragend herzlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und möchten diese Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet und topp sauber. Sehr schön war die große Terrasse mit Sonnendach, wo wir es auch in der größten Hitze aushalten konnten. Die Außendusche war sehr praktisch. Zum schönen Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Platz, wenn man einen Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus möchte. Hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Emilio und Peppa.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Porto Alabe

Das Ferienhaus liegt unweit des Strandes (~150m). Die sehr große Terrasse bietet einen schönen Durchblick auf das Meer (Sonnenuntergang). Auf ihr gibt es mehrere Sitzgruppen und eine beleuchtete Außendusche. Hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und aufmerksame Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Der Ort Porto Alabe ist (zumindest in der Nachsaison) als Urlaubsziel empfehlenswert. Zwar gibt es nur noch eine Gaststätte/Pizzeria, dafür sind die schönen Strände ruhiger. Auf alle Fälle lohnenswert ist ein Besuch von Bosa mit einer schönen Altstadt, einigen Kirchen und dem Castello.

Schöne Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Die vorgängige Kommunikation und die Beschreibung war ganz gut. Die Gastgeber Peppa und Emilio waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Porto Alabe ist in dieser Zeit ein sehr ruhiges Fleckchen. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. Es lohnt sich, einen kurzen Spaziergang zur nahe gelegenen "Nuraghe" (Festung) zu machen: ca. 35min. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man an 2 schönen Buchen vorbei. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit. Sehr zu empfehlen...

Eine tolle schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, kein wlan, mit ein großen Terrasse und einer Außendusche mit Warmwasser. Sehr, sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die sogar für unsere kleinen Kinder viele Möglichkeiten hatten: Sitzerhöhung, Babybett, Moskitonetz, Buggy und Sandspielzeug, was wir aber teils nicht genutzt haben, da wir unsere eigenen Dinge dabei hatten. Das Highlight für unsere Tochter war ein kleines Fahrrad mit Stützrädern, mit dem sie spielen durfte. Kommunikation mithilfe von Google war auch okay.

SEHR nette Vermieter, die uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben haben und dazu gab es ein Willkommensbierchen. Die Terrasse ist wirklich riesig mit mindestens 3 Sitzecken. Die Aussendusche war auch toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmalvoll eingerichtetet und gemütlich. Einziges Manko war das nicht vorhandene WLAN. Und falls ein Erwachsener im Stockbett schlafen soll, ist dieses zu klein und die Matraze durchgelegen. Es ist eindeutig für Kinder ausgelegt.

unità immobiliare perfetta come da descrizione sito ...proprietari gentili carini e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.. posizione casa ottimale vicino alla spiaggia e buona base x eventuali escursioni nelle vicinanze ....insomma che dire sicuramente da consigliare x una vacanza di relax e mare senza rinunciare ai confort grazie Giuseppa e grazie Emilio
