An essential and comfortable structure consisting of a finely furnished, spacious apartment equipped with everything you need to spend a totally relaxing holiday.

The area is quiet and peaceful, despite being close to the center of the village of Trevignano Romano. Rome is 30 km from us. Magnolia is a 100m2 apartment consisting of an air-conditioned double bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake, bedroom with 2 single beds with large rear terrace, 2 bathrooms with shower, entrance hall and kitchen with terrace overlooking the lake. Also equipped with TV, sofa, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, utensils, household appliances - cookware and cutlery for the kitchen. The beach and lakeside promenade are 300 meters from us. bicycles supplied.
