Gros problème avec Novasol

Cette propriété est gérée par Novasol. Novasol est catastrophique. Impossible à rejoindre en week-end, difficile à rejoindre en semaine. Nous sommes arrivé le samedi après 10 heures de voiture. Personne pour nous accueillir, pas de clefs pour accéder à la propriété. Le cauchemar. Nous avons dû coucher à l'hôtel deux nuits et manger au restaurant à cinq jusqu'au lundi. Résultat; 700€ de dépenses imprévues. Aucune compensation pour cette bévue, ni de Novasol, ni d'Abritel. Je suis client depuis 15 ans chez Abritel, je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Se faire traiter de la sorte est inadmissible! Concernant la propriété, nous l'avons choisie parce qu'elle est bien située et suffisamment grande pour 6 adultes. Malheureusement, sur les 4 chambres, une est inutilisable à cause d'une forte odeur d'humidité et de moisi. Des taches noires sur le mur (photos à l'appui) montrent des traces de moisissures noires caratéristiques de la souche Stachibotris Chartarum, toxique pour l'être humain. Nous avons dû acheter des matelas gonflables pour les mettre dans les trois chambres restantes. Sinon, tout va bien. Il y avait bien un tas de linge salle dans la laverie (apparemment les draps et serviettes des locataires précédants), mais tout va bien.  L'important c'est que la côte d'Armor est vraiment magnifique!

Maison spacieuse et très bien localisée les chambres sont très confortables avec salle de bain et WC dans les deux du haut Maison très fonctionnelle et bien agencée literies très confortables les lieux étaient très bien entretenus et nous avons eu un très bon accueil des hôtes

Gîte idéalement situé pour faire de belles promenades en bord de mer dans prendre de voiture. Proche de la côte de granit rose. Par chance nous avons eu les grandes marées et une météo clémente. Le gîte est très bien équipé et idéal pour grande famille Per contre un petit rafraîchissement lui ferait le plus grand bien

Superbe!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située pour visiter les environs. Elle est très confortable. Rien ne manque. Un grand merci pour votre chaleureux accueil! La région est magnifique. A ne pas manquer: Plougastel, le château de la Roche Jagu, Perros Guirec. Toute la côte et les plages sont incroyables. Les grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la mer un régal ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La déco n'est pas toute jeune mais rien de rédhibitoire à nos yeux. De plus la localisation est top, il est possible d'aller sur la plage ou de partir en bal

Maison extrêmement bien équipée et vaste. Batterie de cuisine exceptionnelle. Seul bémol : la maison est assez sonore. Il faut en tenir compte selon l'age des vacanciers.
