Maison "Ty glas mor" – Sea View Glimpse

Our holiday home is located on the Pink Granite Coast, in the charming, family-friendly seaside resort of Trévou-Tréguignec, close to the beautiful Trestel beach. Ideally situated between Perros-Guirec and Paimpol, it lies along the GR34, the famous coastal hiking trail.



The sea and water sports center are just a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants facing the beach are also 5 minutes away. There is an equestrian center 1 km away for riding, a small local shop in the village center, and a rehabilitation center in Trestel just 5 minutes away.



The 86 m² house accommodates up to 4 guests and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy a large enclosed garden, perfect for children and pets, as well as a spacious terrace equipped for relaxing outdoors at any time of day.



Located in a very quiet area of Trévou-Tréguignec, the house offers a distant sea view, with beautiful colors on the horizon at sunset.



Inside, you’ll find an entrance living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable lounge features a large TV and soundbar. The sofa can convert into a bed if needed. The main bedroom (about 14 m²) has a 160 cm bed, a sea view, and direct access to the terrace through a sliding door to enjoy the outdoors. The second bedroom (about 11 m²) has two 90 cm single beds, which can be arranged for children, a baby, or a couple.



The spacious bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, perfect after a day out or at the beach.



Bed linens, towels, and cleaning service are available on site for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use them.
