Directly to the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook. For breakfast, you will also find a toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. At the end on the left is the living room, with direct access to the terrace. You will find a large extendable dining table for 8 people, as well as a warm living room area, perfect for meeting in the evening around the fireplace, sofa, coffee table and television.On the right of the ground floor is the sleeping area, with a first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (90x190 cm), whose upper bed is reserved for a child, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), an adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and WC, as well as access to the terrace. A second independent WC completes this level.Upstairs, you will discover a second kitchen/dining room, fully equipped in the same way as that on the ground floor except for the fridge. This room gives access to a large 40 m² sea view terrace, with a staircase leading directly to the garden. The sleeping area includes two other bedrooms: a second master suite with Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and adjoining bathroom with bath and WC, as well as a bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm).
