Room was very clean and spacious, shower was great and bathroom was nice size. Property felt and looked newly renovated. Breakfast food was not very good, bakery was the best thing going and we’re not big on bakery for breakfast. Coffee machine was great, and tea selection very good. The room was way too hot, and the HVAC did not seem to work very well. Hard to sleep well in a hot room! The cleaning staff left the windows open every day, but it didn’t help much with the heat, and was too noisy at night to sleep with them open. No ice machine on property and no refrigerator in room. Staff was mostly helpful, and Jon in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly! For the price, we may stay again IF they can get the HVAC under control.

No parking as full on arrival. Air con not working so very hot all night, 3rd bed like sleeping on a rock, kept waiting for 30 mins before being checked in . Great location but not the greatest hotel for the price

Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel.

Fairly new hotel, nice rooms on the main floors, high ceilings and nice deco. I refused the room that had been assigned to me on the top floor. It was extremely stuffy (on a rather warm bit not really hot day) and had a weird smell, like curry. The other room I then got was nicer, although it looked out on the trash cans… The hotel is ok, the breakfast room on the other hand is hideously ugly and basic - and the main drawback for me was that such a new hotel does not have A/C. Its main strength us its location in a lovely historic courtyard right in the town center. The parking lot was always full - so I had to park a bit away.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat. There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment) Definitely a well located and well maintained hotel.

Great hotel with breakfast included it felt like you was staying in a castle just by the main exit. When you got out of the courtyard you was in city center. Had a wonderful time exploring the sites as all were within walking distance

Terrible team: very unfriendly and really non league passionate people. Room was below standard. Also: smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby area. Avoid if you’re thinking of visiting Trier!!
